The Residences at Rough Creek Lodge have a highly experienced team working in collaboration daily to construct each of the beautiful ranch-style homes. During the past couple of months, Larry Garnett Design and Planning, Jeff Garnett Architect, LLC, Steve Bumpas Custom Builders, and RM Rynd Interiors have worked side by side ensuring perfection in every home.
Specializing in innovative, yet practical home design and new urbanism for small-scale builders and developers, Larry Garnett has been in the residential design industry since 1977. He is an accredited member of the Congress For The New Urbanism and a member of the American Institute of Building Design College of Fellows. Garnett has designed six national show homes including “How America Really Lives” for Home Magazine. He speaks frequently on home design and traditional neighborhood development at home and garden shows and venues that include Harvard University and the National Association of Homebuilders.

Jeff Garnett Architect, LLC was formed with the primary goal of creating meaningful, design-driven architecture. Clean lines, thoughtful details, and highly creative design solutions are the foundation of this practice. From schematic design to final construction, every project is approached carefully and uniquely with a sharpened focus on budget and client collaboration. With a passion for architecture, Jeff Garnett studied at The University of Texas at Arlington School of Architecture, where he received both a Bachelor of Science in Architecture and a Masters in Architecture. Prior to forming his own studio, Jeff gained professional experience working on a wide range of residential and commercial projects with leading architecture firms in Austin, Texas.

On the building side, Steve Bumpas Custom Homes, Inc. is an independent, locally owned custom home builder in the Granbury/Glen Rose Texas area. They have been building custom homes of every design type since 1979. Steve Bumpas Custom Homes, Inc. also assists with complete designs and offers remodeling services. They work with their clients on a personal level, and their meticulous attention to detail and focus on craftsmanship has earned them a reputation for building residences with architectural character and lasting style.
