It’s been a busy few months for us at Rough Creek. We are pleased to share some of the latest news with you as this exciting project takes shape.
PROJECT UPDATE
Construction continues on our Phase I homes, and we are excited to welcome our first homeowners to the community next month. With 3 of our Phase I homes under contract, only 2 are now available for purchase. We have also begun accepting reservations on our Phase II homes and are planning a groundbreaking event for our community’s exclusive amenities. Stay tuned for more info!
OPEN HOUSE
Join us for our upcoming Open House weekend on Saturday, June 30th and Sunday, July 1st. Tour our new Model Home and enjoy Happy Hour from 4-6pm on Saturday, then Coffee and Tea from 10am-12pm on Sunday. WHAT’S COMING TO ROUGH CREEK
We are upgrading our driving range to include Top Tracer technology with 2 bays and an entertaining space. The tomahawk throwing and archery areas will also see some updates, and the new state of the art batting cage is now available for use. The Main Lodge’s Restaurant and Bar is being expanded to include an indoor/outdoor dining area in anticipation of our community’s arrival. Our exclusive owner-only shooting range and owner-only additions to the Beretta Room are also in the works, with much more coming to Rough Creek soon.
