Construction is well underway on our Owners’ Retreat Amenity, and we are beyond delighted with the progress so far.
The Owners’ Retreat will house many of our Exclusive Residence Amenities, including an outdoor kitchen and great room complete with big screen TVs, Kids’ Silo, BBQ grilling area, and a pool with spa, shade structures, and lounge seating for the exclusive enjoyment of owners and their renters or guests.
Steel structural beams for the Owners’ Retreat have gone vertical, and construction on the pool is slated to start soon. We expect both to be completed by summer 2019.
