MODEL HOMES OPENING SOON
We are excited to announce that construction is nearing completion on two new Model Homes to showcase Phase II of The Residences at Rough Creek Lodge. Soon, you’ll be able to walk through The Beck (Lot 23) and The Spring (Lot 24), a brand new floor plan we unveiled in our limited collection of Park View Homes. Stay tuned for details on the Grand Opening of our new Model Homes this summer.
AMENITY UPDATE
Construction continues on the Residences’ amenities. The Owners’ Pavilion and pool is for the exclusive enjoyment of owners and their guests or renters, and will serve as a central gathering place for the community. We hope to be open by Labor Day. The pool fence will be installed this month, and landscaping should be finished by the end of July.
SPOTLIGHT: CHEF GERARD THOMPSON
Chef Gerard Thompson is the Executive Chef and Food and Beverage Director at the Lodge. With over 30 years of experience in the small luxury hotel market, he specializes in farm to table cuisine and “from scratch” cooking, producing a wide assortment of charcuterie for the resort in addition to his daily menu creations. Chef Thompson’s talents and culinary interpretations of rustic American and wild game cuisine have garnered national attention.
