The Spring is the epitome of open concept living. The open living, kitchen, and dining areas create a seamless and airy space, with a gently sloping woodenclad ceiling and exposed limestone walls providing a sense of warmth and natural elegance. Large sliding glass doors create a welcoming transition from the open living room outwards to the exterior porch and modern stone fireplace. The master suite is strategically tucked away from the secondary bedrooms for additional privacy and equipped with a large, modern picture window facing the outdoor scenery beyond. The second bedroom is privately anchored at the opposite end of the house and is attached to a large bathroom suite. The third bedroom is situated adjacent to the glass enclosed entry foyer and directly across from the refined guest bathroom. A pristine material palette composed of native limestone and modern metal siding clads the exterior of the home. Across a covered walkway is the casita, with a full bedroom on one end and a spacious bunk room on the other. The casita also features a kitchenette, outdoor shower and expansive screened in porch.
