Summer is in full swing at the Lodge! With the Residences’ amenities and two new Model Homes nearing completion, there is a lot to be excited about. We invite you to take a closer look at what has been happening at Rough Creek Lodge.
CONSTRUCTION UPDATE
Construction continues on our pool and Pavilion, two amenities exclusive to The Residences at Rough Creek Lodge. The Pavilion will be an open-air community hub with ample dining space, lounge seating, two grills, an oversized wood burning fireplace, large flat screen TV, bathrooms, and plenty of outdoor games for the whole family. Landscaping for our amenity space has begun, and walking paths surrounding our Phase II homes will be poured in the coming weeks.
NEW MODEL HOMES OPENING SOON
We are excited to announce that construction is nearing completion on two new Model Homes to showcase Phase II of The Residences at Rough Creek Lodge. Soon, you’ll be able to walk through The Beck (Lot 23) and The Spring (Lot 24), a brand new floor plan we unveiled in our limited collection of Park View Homes. Stay tuned for more details and an official invite to the Grand Opening.
SUMMER ACTIVITIES AT THE LODGE
Owners and their guests have been enjoying Rough Creek’s new Toptracer Range, featuring the latest in ball-tracking technology. Cameras mounted throughout the driving range track the flight of your ball and replicate it on an interactive screen in your bay, providing you with instant shot replays and statistical feedback. You can use this technology to track your stats and improve your game, or have a bit of fun competing with friends and family playing Closest to the Pin or Longest Drive.
