Construction progress is moving along on Phase 1a and for a limited time only, you can select from three (3) finish packages to ensure the home you purchase has your own personal touch. From Modern, to Transitional, to Traditional, each package offers unique features that will compliment any of the six floor plans. Choose the package you like best, select the options within that package that you prefer, and we’ll build a Texas ranch home to suit your style – but you must act now.
The Modern package offers several different options for lighting, door hardware, cabinet hardware, and bath accessories. The kitchen will have a beautiful Kohler apron front sink surrounded by one of four different luxury countertops in marble or quartz. The two modern tile options have gorgeous white and grey tones that will subtly make a tasteful statement.
In the Transitional package, there are also various options for lighting, door hardware, cabinet hardware and bath accessories with both silver or bronze tones. The bronze Hinkley chandeliers and wall sconces add warmth to the rooms and the polished nickel ELK options make the rooms feel even larger.
Elegance is emitted throughout the Traditional package. You cannot go wrong with the traditional, bronze Capital Lighting chandelier. If you want a more rustic feel, the polished antiqued nickel on the Hinkley Chandelier brings Western style with a rustic chic design. The tile in the Traditional package has warm and neutral tones that work perfectly with each option.
